These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by our automotive vinyl wrap company ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Offered

Our Company specializes in providing automotive vinyl wrap, paint protection film, and photography/videography services. We offer personalized design options, high-quality vinyl/PPF materials, and expert installation to enhance the appearance of your vehicle. We also offer a wide array of aftermarket parts and accessories, as well as our exclusive apparel line.

2. Ordering Process

2.1. Vehicle Assessment: Upon contacting us, we will schedule an appointment to assess the condition and dimensions of your vehicle.
2.2. Design Consultation: Our team will consult with you to understand your desired design, color, and customization options for the vinyl wrap.
2.3. Quote and Finalization: Once the design is confirmed, we will provide you with a detailed quote for the vinyl wrap job. Upon acceptance, we will proceed with scheduling the installation.
2.4. Deposit and Payment: To confirm your order, a 50% deposit will be required. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the installation.
2.5. Ordering the material of choice will be considered a special order item. This means the material itself as well as the dollar amount for the material is NON-REFUNDABLE. We will not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been placed.

3. Design Approval and Changes

3.1. Artwork Submission: If you provide us with custom artwork for the vinyl wrap, you acknowledge that you are the rightful owner of the provided artwork or have obtained necessary permissions for its use.
3.2. Design Approval: We will present the initial design concept for your approval before starting the vinyl wrap production. You have the right to request reasonable revisions to the design. However, excessive design changes may incur additional charges.

4. Vinyl Wrap Installation

4.1. Vehicle Condition: You understand that our vinyl wrap services require a clean and well-maintained vehicle surface. Any existing damage, dents, or rust should be addressed beforehand.
4.2. Installation Duration: The duration of the vinyl wrap installation may vary depending on the complexity and size of the vehicle. We will provide you with an estimated installation time frame.
4.3. Quality Assurance: Our installation team consists of trained professionals who strive to deliver high-quality results. However, please note that minor imperfections may occur during the installation, and we will address any reasonable concerns.
