Do I need to put a deposit down?

We require a 50% deposit on all services when confirming bookings to allocate to your roll of material as well as lock in the appointment. The deposit amount is NON-REFUNDABLE. Once the vinyl or PPF material is purchased there are no cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We do not stock vinyl or PPF as there are far too many brands, colors, and finishes to choose from. When we purchase your vinyl it is meant specifically for you (the client).

How long does a vinyl wrap last?

Vinyl wraps generally last anywhere from 4-7 years depending on the brand, finish, and how well the vehicle is taken care of. We here at Bespoke Design Lab take pride in working with the best vinyl and PPF manufacturers in the industry - giving our clients the peace of mind that the material put on their car is of top industry standards! You won’t find any of that eBay or Amazon stuff here!

Note: It is highly suggested to consider removing/replacing the wrap in the 4th-5th year of ownership. If the wrap isn’t removed in the recommended window, it can become very brittle and very difficult to remove.

What warranty do you offer?

Any installations performed by Bespoke Design Lab have a limited lifetime warranty. The warranty applies only to the craftsmanship of the installation, and longevity of the material.

The limited lifetime warranty will be voided with the following, but not limited to, events:
- the vehicle has been in a collision/minor fender bender
- is vandalized
- the vehicle was not properly taken care of
- normal wear and tear being driven

We also do not offer any warranty on vinyl that has been purchased by the client, and brought to us. This is due to the fact that we have no knowledge of how the vinyl was stored, as well as when/where it was purchased. Improperly stored vinyl, and old batches have a higher chance of failure during and after the installation process.

Bespoke Design Lab will offer full replacement of any panel, free of charge, if the following occur (only applies if the panels can’t be fixed with other conventional methods):
- Lifting
- Bubbling
- Adhesive failure
If the full panel needs to be replaced, please give us a week to get the material in, and about a day to install the new panel for you! We will put you as priority on our appointment board to get you in and out as quickly as possible!

Each vinyl manufacturer has a different warranty policy. Most vinyl manufacturers offer a 1 year warranty against fading, or other manufacturer defects. Please contact us immediately if you feel there is a defect with the vinyl within the appropriate timeframe suggested by the manufacturer, and we will immediately reach out to them.

How should I maintain my vehicle wrap/PPF?

After you’ve taken receipt of your freshly wrapped vehicle, how do you maintain it? Well, definitely don’t take it to an automated car wash. Those car washes use abrasive methods including but not limited to the brushes, and chemicals, that could diminish the finish or adhesive of the wrap!

- Always hand wash your vehicle, better yet, bring your vehicle to us, and we can do it for you!
- Avoid using chemicals such as carnuba wax, or high pH shampoos
- Quickly wipe off any bird droppings or gasoline drippings with soapy water. These are corrosive!

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently we are accepting Cash, all major credit cards (EXCEPT AMEX), Zelle, and Paypal/Paypal Credit. We also offer SNAP Financing to those who qualify! Please contact us for more information!

Do I need to register my car with the dmv after my wrap?

This is more of a subjective question. Short answer: No. We would advise that you make your own decision on this after doing research, as there are many variables that could affect this decision. Check with your local city ordinances to see if there are restrictions. Vinyl wraps and PPF are generally temporary modifications and can easily be removed or changed, which, there in lies the subjectivity to the answer.

There are certain circumstances where you may want to though. Examples: if you’re planning to sell the car, if you worry about law enforcement, or if your vehicle gets stolen.
